All DSL Plans require a 1 year contract. If you cancel your account before paying for the service for a full year, the account will be charged $100.00 or two months of service, whichever is greater, for an early termination fee. In the case of the modem not being returned, a fee equal to the retail price of the DSL equipment will be added to your account.
